Led a multi-phase pricing transformation project to strengthen catalog standardization, competitive positioning, and revenue optimization across HPE’s Private Cloud & Flex Solutions portfolio. This project delivered actionable insights to inform product, engineering, and sales strategies for a $7B+ portfolio:
■ Dynamic Pricing Toolkit: Designed an interactive analytics engine consolidating SKU-level costs, list prices, and margin metrics across 200+ cloud module configurations, enabling sales and product teams to dynamically model trade-offs and reducing time to quote
■ Opportunity Funnel Insights: Analysed customer configuration trends and correlated it with closed-won and closed-lost sales outcomes, revealing pipeline opportunities where strategic pricing and simplified bundling could drive higher conversions
